I was looking to buy house in Pune - Viman Nagar or Kalayani Nagar & on the most of the property websites, we can see lot of properties you have to sale.
Could you please let me know what are the options you have for 2 bhk in the range of 25lakhs to 35 lakhs. Could you please advice on the same.

I would highly discourage anybody to deal with this *** called nadir. if you dont want any trouble stay away from him. he is a cop briber, a lier and a miserable creature deprived of any values. he only thinks about the profit he can make and if he sees he wont make a lot/ any money on the deal he will make all he can not to close it, by whatever means possible. Such kind of people just make me sick. Do not trust ever in what he is saying, it is better not to enter in any kind of negotiations with him. At first he pretended to be my friend, but when he found out that he is not going to make a lot of money on me, he refused to talk to me literally, and made sure that I would not get the flat I was looking for, threatening people that were trying to help me. He is not worth spitting at. I am a highly specialized professional from Europe, not some joker, and you can be sure I am telling the truth about him. A very sad truth unfortunately.
